Your broker will be able to tell you what fees and charges the product you’re applying for has, and when they will be charged. If you think you have been a victim of such a scam, please contact your bank immediately and report it to action fraud.

If you have a mortgage with Pepper Money, here are the answers to some frequently asked questions about your account with Pepper Money from our customers.

Upon completion of your loan you were set up to make payments via direct debit. However, if you’re no longer making payments by direct debit and want to make an additional payment or pay a fee, there are a number of ways you can do so:

To pay by debit card, give our Customer Services team a call on 0333 014 3125 Our agents are available Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm, but you can pay through our automated system outside of these hours.

By cheque – please make it payable to Pepper Money, including your account number on the reverse of the cheque and send it to:

To set up a direct debit, standing order or bank transfer give us a call on 0333 014 3125 to confirm the account details.

You can make overpayments on your homeowner loan to reduce your balance and/or term. If you wish to repay your second charge mortgage in full, please contact our Customer Support team on 0333 014 3125 to request a redemption statement. This will include any early repayment charges that are applicable at that time.
